TITLE 750 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on February 8, 2024, at 10:15 a.m., at 30 South Meridian Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) will hold a public hearing on new rules at 750 IAC 10, concerning the calculation of fees and civil penalties for the institutions regulated by the DFI.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the DFI. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed new rules.

If the DFI does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.

The public hearing will be live streamed via Microsoft Teams, and the public may attend and comment on the public hearing in person or remotely. For more information, including links to the public hearing, please visit www.in.gov/dfi.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, 30 South Meridian Street, Suite 200, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
