Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana Secretary of State notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.

SUBJECT MATTER: 710 IAC 1, concerning the implementation of Indiana loan broker regulations regarding forms, fees, material facts, and record maintenance requirements.
