Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana State Board of Education notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: IC 20-19-2-8

SUBJECT MATTER: Requirements regarding pupil personnel services; student health testing; food and nutrition programs; extended services; achievement tests; driver education; graduation requirements; nonstandard programs; high ability students; postsecondary enrollment; school performance and growth and accountability; special education; teacher training and licensing; and education begun after academic year 1977-1978.
