IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana Department of Correction notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.
SUBJECT MATTER: The establishment of minimum standards governing the operation of local and county jails within the state of Indiana.
