Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites Corporation notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: IC 4-37-2; IC 4-37-4-3; IC 4-37-5-6

SUBJECT MATTER: The authority for acquisition and disposition of artifacts and historic property, including the evaluation of proposals to sell, exchange, or accept gifts or otherwise acquire artifacts and historic property, as well as the public use of any cultural and historic sites.
