IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Department of Local Government Finance notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.
SUBJECT MATTER: Readoption of rules for the establishment of standards for computer systems used by Indiana counties for the administration of property tax assessment, billing, and settlement processes.
Rules to be readopted without changes are as follows:
