Under
IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Department of Insurance notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.
SUBJECT MATTER: Readoption of Indiana department of insurance rules pertaining to: bail agents and recovery agents; group coordination of benefits; life insurance illustrations; and the use of senior-specific certifications and professional designations in the sale of life insurance and annuities.
Rules to be readopted without changes are as follows:
