IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Department of Child Services notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.
SUBJECT MATTER: Administrative review and hearings on agency actions, including adoption subsidies, substantiation of child abuse and neglect determinations, the licensing of child caring entities, and the setting of rates regarding the care of children outside of the home.
