TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Legislative Notice for Rule Readoption

Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Family and Social Services Administration Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.


SUBJECT MATTER: 405 IAC 8 contains Hoosier Rx which is a pharmaceutical assistance program that helps seniors pay Medicare Part D premiums. 405 IAC 10 details the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) which serves low income Hoosiers between the ages of 19 and 64. HIP is a Section 1115 demonstration which has been approved by CMS through 2030. 405 IAC 11 includes the provider provisions for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). CHIP provides low cost comprehensive health coverage to children and pregnant women. 405 IAC 12 contains the eligibility and enrollment policies for CHIP. 405 IAC 13 outlines the benefits that CHIP members receive.
