TITLE 170 INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on January 23, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Agency (IURC) will hold a public hearing on rule amendments to 170 IAC 15 concerning the sub-billing of water and wastewater service by landlords and associations.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the IURC. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed rule amendments.

If the IURC does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.

Copies of these rules are now on file with the IURC at 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
