Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana Department of Health notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.

SUBJECT MATTER: Readoption of Indiana department of health rules related to: newborn screening; the WIC program; radiography, nuclear medicine, and radiation therapy licensing; sanitary engineering; weights and measures; birthing centers; developmental disability bracelet and identification card requirements; and grants for veterans' services.
