IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana Gaming Commission notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.
SUBJECT MATTER: The rules intended for readoption cover requirements for: corporations; transfers of ownership; exclusion and evictions; security and surveillance requirements; special proceedings regarding disciplinary actions; procedures and requirements regarding credit; requirements for electronic gaming device movements; patron dispute procedures; and rules and procedures regarding boxing and mixed martial arts and paid fantasy sports.
