Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Office of the Attorney General notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of rules expiring January 1, 2025.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: IC 4-1-10-13

SUBJECT MATTER: The rules provide definitions, mitigating factors, and notice requirements regarding the release of Social Security numbers by state agencies.
