Under IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Indiana State Board of Animal Health (BOAH) notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of the rules expiring January 1, 2025.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY: IC 15-17-3-21; IC 15-17-5-5

SUBJECT MATTER: Readopts BOAH rules contained within 345 IAC 1 (DOMESTIC ANIMAL DISEASE CONTROL); 345 IAC 5 (SCRAPIE); 345 IAC 6 (EQUINE); 345 IAC 8 (DAIRY PRODUCTS); 345 IAC 9 (MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS INSPECTION); and 345 IAC 10 (POULTRY AND POULTRY PRODUCTS INSPECTION).
