TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on December 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Wabash Hall – Conference Room 3, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) will hold a public hearing on amendments to 405 IAC 1-12-21 concerning a rate increase for Medicaid enrolled large private intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities that are licensed as comprehensive rehabilitative management needs facilities. The proposed change also creates consistency between the language used in the section heading and the body of the rule. The OMPP seeks comment on the affected citations listed and any other provisions of Title 405 that may be affected by this rulemaking.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the OMPP. All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed amendments.

If the OMPP does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.
