TITLE 10 OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THE STATE

Under IC 4-22-2-23, notice is hereby given that on November 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Room 3, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Attorney General for the State will hold a public hearing on new rule 10 IAC 3-2-2 concerning promulgation of a revised Indiana tort claim notice form.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from the public prior to consideration of adoption of these rules by the Office of the Indiana Attorney General (OAG). All interested persons are invited and will be given reasonable opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed rule.

If the OAG does not receive substantive comments during the public comment period or public hearing, the rule may be adopted with text that is the same as or does not substantially differ from the proposed rule.
