TITLE 10 OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THE STATE

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on September 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 10, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of the Attorney General for the State will hold a public hearing on the repeal of 10 IAC 7 regarding the tax sale blight registry by the homeowner protection unit of the attorney general's office under IC 4-6-12-2, addressing all persons ineligible to participate in a tax or abandoned home sale.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) (before its amendment July 1, 2023).
