TITLE 45 DEPARTMENT OF STATE REVENUE

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N248, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Department of State Revenue will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 45 IAC 12 regarding the gasoline tax.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N248, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
