RE: LSA Document #23-48, convictions of concern and related provisions

On behalf of the Indiana Board of Pharmacy (Board), I am submitting this notice to the Publisher of the Indiana Register (Publisher) in compliance with IC 4-22-2-25 (before its amendment on July 1, 2023), which requires that a notice be sent to the Publisher if a rule will not be approved or deemed approved by the Governor within one year of publication of the Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule. This notification is being submitted before the two hundred fiftieth day following the publication of the Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule as required by IC 4-22-2-25(a) (before its amendment on July 1, 2023).

The Board published a Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule on January 25, 2023 (DIN: 20230125-IR-856230048NIA).

This rulemaking has been delayed due to the Board's meeting schedule for 2023. The expected date the rule will be approved or deemed approved by the Governor is July 31, 2024.
