TITLE 140 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room C, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to allow the issuance of a driver's license, a permit, an identification card, and registrations and certificates of title for motor vehicles to an individual granted parole under 8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5).

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N404, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
