Notice of Changes to Alternative Benefits Plan Prescription Benefit


In accordance with public notice requirements established at 42 CFR 430.20 and 42 CFR 447.205, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) publishes this change of previous public notice regarding proposed changes to the statewide uniform preferred drug list. The effective date in the public notice posted on the Indiana Register website on May 24th, 2023, at 20230524-IR-405230396ONA, was incorrect. The correct effective date for the statewide uniform preferred drug list is July 1, 2023, as noted in Bulletin 202270. This public notice period will run from 06/28/2023 to 07/05/2023.

A copy of this notice is now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W451, Indianapolis, Indiana and is open for public inspection. Also, a copy of this notice is now available and may be inspected by contacting the local county Division of Family Resources office, except in Marion County, where public inspection may be made at 402 West Washington Street, Room W374, Indianapolis, Indiana.
