Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Real Estate Commission for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule that amends and updates 876 IAC 3 regarding real estate appraiser licensure standards and requirements.

The proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs on small businesses under IC 4-22-2.1-5.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
