Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 11, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Home Inspectors Licensing Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 878 IAC 1-6 concerning convictions of concern and related provisions, implementing IC 25-1-1.1-6.

The proposed rule does not impose any new costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of the rule are now on file at the office of the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
