LSA Document #22-359

Notice of Public Hearing

Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 20, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 224, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (commission) will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #22-03/LSA #22-359) to amend the IURC's administrative rules regarding the Indiana 811 law, found at 170 IAC 5-5.
The proposed rules will modify the timeline for a pipeline operator to provide location information of underground facilities and modify procedures for excavation damage cases.
