TITLE 470 DIVISION OF FAMILY RESOURCES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends and adds provisions to 470 IAC 1 to update definitions, agency names, and terms, and add a reference to the Office of Administrative Law Proceedings. Amends 470 IAC 2-1-16 to update the name of the agency and terms. Amends 470 IAC 2.1 concerning definitions, and to update agency names and terms. Repeals 470 IAC 1-2-8 and 470 IAC 2.1-2-1. Statutory authority: IC 12-13-5-3.
