TITLE 920 INDIANA WAR MEMORIALS COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana War Memorials Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 920 IAC 2 concerning the functions of the executive director and general facilities management. Adds 920 IAC 3 to add definitions, identify prohibited activities, and establish hours of operation for the Indiana War Memorial Plaza Historic District. Repeals 920 IAC 1. Statutory authority: IC 10-18-1-12; IC 10-18-1-18; IC 10-18-1-20.
