TITLE 329 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION Agency Correction LSA Document #23-72(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In 329 IAC 15-2-7, after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (2) In 329 IAC 15-2-13.5, after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (3) In 329 IAC 15-3-3(c), after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (4) In 329 IAC 15-3-6(c), after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (5) In 329 IAC 15-3-6(f)(2), after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (6) In 329 IAC 15-4-1(b), after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (7) In 329 IAC 15-5-5(f)(3)(B), after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (8) In 329 IAC 15-5-5(f)(3)(C), after "person", delete "who" and insert "that". (9) In 329 IAC 15-3-2(a), delete: "Sec. 2. (a) The owner or operator of a waste tire storage site shall: (1) comply with: (A) IC 13-20-13-2; (B) IC 13-20-13-3; and (C) IC 13-20-13-4; and (2) the applicable requirements of this article." and insert: "Sec. 2. (a) The owner or operator of a waste tire storage site shall comply with: (1) IC 13-20-13-2; (2) IC 13-20-13-3; (3) IC 13-20-13-4; and (4) the applicable requirements of this article.". (10) In 329 IAC 15-3-2(b)(2), delete "329 IAC 15-3-21" and insert "section 21 of this rule". (11) In 329 IAC 15-3-2(c)(2), delete "IC 13-11-2-151." and insert "IC 13-11-2-251.". (12) In 329 IAC 15-3-3(a)(3), delete "329 IAC 15-3-4" and insert "section 4 of this rule". (13) In 329 IAC 15-3-6(a)(3), delete "329 IAC 15-3-4" and insert "section 4 of this rule". (14) In 329 IAC 15-3-10(b), delete "329 IAC 15-3-4" and insert "section 4 of this rule". (15) In 329 IAC 15-3-15(1), delete "329 IAC 15-3-4" and insert "section 4 of this rule". (16) In 329 IAC 15-3-5(a), delete: "Sec. 5. (a) The owner or operator of a waste tire processing operation shall: (1) comply with: (A) IC 13-20-13-2; (B) IC 13-20-13-3; and (C) IC 13-20-13-4; and (2) the applicable requirements of this article." and insert: "Sec. 5. (a) The owner or operator of a waste tire processing operation shall comply with: (1) IC 13-20-13-2; (2) IC 13-20-13-3; (3) IC 13-20-13-4; and (4) the applicable requirements of this article.". (17) In 329 IAC 15-3-17(b), delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health". (18) In 329 IAC 15-6-3(b)(1)(A)(i), delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health". (19) In 329 IAC 15-6-3(b)(1)(A)(ii), delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health". (20) In 329 IAC 15-4-2(b), delete "329 IAC 15-4-3" and insert "section 3 of this rule". (21) In 329 IAC 15-4-6(b), delete "329 IAC 15-4-3" and insert "section 3 of this rule". (22) In 329 IAC 15-4-14(c)(2), delete "329 IAC 15-4-3" and insert "section 3 of this rule".
