Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on February 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at the Potawatomi Inn, 6 Lane 100A Lake James, Snow Lake Room, Angola, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add
312 IAC 5-6-3.5, regarding Clear Lake; special boating zones and temporary structure standards.
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement (No Impact): The proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
