TITLE 410 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 410 IAC 6-8.3 to update definitions and other provisions to reflect current terminology, standards, and best practices regarding the design, installation, construction, maintenance, and operation of residential on-site sewage systems. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-19-3-4.
