Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
455 IAC 1-1-2(h), delete "state department of health" and insert "department of health".
(2) In
455 IAC 1-2-5(6), delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health".
(3) In
455 IAC 1-2-5(13), delete "state department of health" and insert "department of health".
(4) In
455 IAC 1-2-7(1), delete "Indiana state department of health" and insert "Indiana department of health".
(5) In
455 IAC 1-2-7(2), delete "cooperate with the Indiana state department of health in these cases and carry out the remaining activities of case processing at the request of the department; DDARS shall notify the appropriate APS unit of the referral to the Indiana state department of health, and all APS units shall notify DDARS of referrals to the Indiana state department of health" and insert "cooperate with the Indiana department of health in these cases and carry out the remaining activities of case processing at the request of the department; DDARS shall notify the appropriate APS unit of the referral to the Indiana department of health, and all APS units shall notify DDARS of referrals to the Indiana department of health".
