Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #17-279(F), posted at 20221228-IR-329170279FRA:
(1) In 329 IAC 15-3-20(a)(4), add "the" between "of" and "PTE".
(2) In 329 IAC 15-4-13(b)(2)(B), do the following:
(A) After "tires", delete the semicolon and change to a period.
(B) Delete "and" at the end of clause (B).
