Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2), after "written examination" delete the period and insert "as follows:".
(2) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(A)(v), after "eyelash" delete "extension" and insert "extensions".
(3) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(A)(v), after "frame" delete "should" and insert "shall".
(4) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(A)(v), after "lash" delete "manufacture" and insert "manufacturer's".
(5) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(A)(v), after "adhesive" delete "manufacture" and insert "manufacturer's".
(6) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(B), after "in" delete "subsection (i)" and insert "clause (A)".
(9) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(D)(i), delete the designation "(i)" so all text runs together for clause (D).
(10) In
410 IAC 1-8-12(b)(2)(D)(i), after "Remediations" delete "should" and insert "shall".
(14) In
410 IAC 1-8-28, after "Meridian" delete "St." and insert "Street".
(15) In
410 IAC 1-8-30(b), after "minimum" delete "should" and insert "shall".
(16) In
410 IAC 1-8-30(b)(1), after "disinfection" delete the period and insert "; and".
