TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 1-1-26 to remove all references to Lake Michigan shoreline at 581.5 feet due to codification of IC 14-26-2.1-2. Amends 312 IAC 6-7-5 to remove the description of the Lake Michigan ordinary high watermark as 581.5 feet.
