TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 312 IAC 5-6-3.5 to include standards for temporary structures allowed by a general license under IC 14-26-2 on Clear Lake in Steuben County, and creates a special boating zone on Clear Lake.
