Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E-114, ATC Hearing Room, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to amend 905 IAC 1 that exempt food halls from the requirement that bar areas and dining areas be physically separated, authorize manufacturers and wholesalers to supply equipment to retailer or dealer permittees for the duration of a special event, and eliminate and update other existing rules to conform with certain statutory changes.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the ATC office, Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E-114, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
