TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION Agency Correction LSA Document #22-334(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In 312 IAC 10-4-5(c)(1), delete "-Eleventh Amendment (November 25, 2020), published in the Indiana Register at 20201125-IR-312200601NRA;" and insert "published in the Indiana Register at DIN: 20220202-IR-312220017NRA;". (2) In 312 IAC 10-5-0.3(b)(4), delete "20 IR 2920" and insert "DIN: 20211020-IR-312210433NRA". (3) In 312 IAC 10-5-10(d)(1)(A), delete "Eleventh Amendment (November 25, 2020), published in the Indiana Register at 20201125-IR-312200601NRA." and insert "published in the Indiana Register at DIN: 20220202-IR-312220017NRA.".
