TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 5-7-1 to identify speed zones with coordinates rather than just onsite buoys, and to remove references to navigable waterways. Adds 312 IAC 5-7-16 for an idle speed zone on the St. Mary's River. Adds 312 IAC 5-7-17 for an idle speed zone on the St. Joseph River. Adds 312 IAC 5-7-18 for an idle speed zone on the Maumee River.
