TITLE 465 DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Department of Child Services intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 465 IAC 2-14-6, 465 IAC 2-14-9, 465 IAC 2-15.1-7, and 465 IAC 2-15.1-9 to update definitions. Amends 465 IAC 2-14-10, 465 IAC 2-14-14, 465 IAC 2-15.1-14, and 465 IAC 2-15.1-18 to update minimum and maximum age eligibility requirements in regard to certain programs and agreements. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 31-25-2-18; IC 31-25-4-27.
