TITLE 71 INDIANA HORSE RACING COMMISSION Agency Correction LSA Document #22-238(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in LSA Document #22-238(E), posted at 20220727-IR-071220238ERA: (1) In 71 IAC 9-2.1-5.5, delete "advanced" and insert "advance". (2) In 71 IAC 9-2.2-3(a)(8), delete "secondary pari-mutuel organization" and insert "SPMO". (3) In 71 IAC 9-2.2-3(a)(12)(B), delete "advanced" and insert "advance". (4) In 71 IAC 9-2.2-3(a)(12)(F), delete "subdivision (D)" and insert "subdivision (E)". (5) In 71 IAC 9-2.2-3(a)(12)(I), delete "said" and insert "the". (6) In 71 IAC 9-2.2-3(a)(12)(K), delete "advanced" and insert "advance". (7) In 71 IAC 9-2.2-3(a)(12)(L), delete "advanced" and insert "advance".
