Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 18, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Room B, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Nursing will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 848 IAC 7 to remove the term "abstinence based", and 848 IAC 7-1-6(b) requiring the treatment plan referenced in the recovery monitoring agreement (RMA) to be evidence based.

IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: There are no new costs for businesses. There is not expected to be any new change in requirements or costs for state or local government because of this rule amendment. There are no new compliance or administrative costs. There are minimal new enforcement requirements.
