Notice is hereby given that on July 6, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at the Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Suite 103, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Insurance will hold a public hearing regarding the plan of dissolution submitted by the Indiana Comprehensive Health Insurance Association (ICHIA) to the Insurance Commissioner under IC 27-8-10-0.5.

The Insurance Commissioner shall approve the plan of dissolution after determining that the plan: (1) is suitable to ensure the fair, reasonable, and equitable dissolution of ICHIA; and (2) complies with IC 27-8-10-0.5(e).

Copies of the plan of dissolution are available on the Department of Insurance's website at www.in.gov/idoi.

Copies of the plan of dissolution are now on file at the Department of Insurance, 311 West Washington Street, Suite 103, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection and copying.
