TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Temporarily amends 312 IAC 8-1-3(b) to allow firewood certified by another state's compliance agreement meeting minimum requirements set by the state entomologist to be brought into or possessed on a DNR property. Effective May 10, 2022.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to 312 IAC 8-1-3(b).

(b) An individual may bring firewood into or possess firewood on a DNR property if the firewood is bundled and accompanied by a compliance stamp or label issued by any state to the firewood vendor from whom the wood was purchased under a compliance agreement meeting the minimum requirements set by the Indiana state entomologist.

SECTION 2. This document expires on May 9, 2023.
