Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 22, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. ET, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a virtual public hearing using Webex on proposed amendments to 312 IAC 3-1-7 governing a party's filing and service of documents and the addition of 312 IAC 3-1-7.5 governing a party's time to file pleadings or responses. Repeals 312 IAC 3-1-8.
