TITLE 68 INDIANA GAMING COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Gaming Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds new rules to 68 IAC regarding new requirements for licensees and other persons subject to the jurisdiction of the commission. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the following phone number: (317) 233-0046. Statutory authority: IC 4-33-4-2; IC 4-35-4-3.
