IC 13-18-2-3, notice is hereby given that the 2022 303(d) List of Impaired Waters (the 303(d) List) is provided on the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) website at:

On February 9, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 10 North Senate Avenue, Conference Center Room A, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Environmental Rules Board (ERB) meeting will include a presentation from staff of the IDEM's Office of Water Quality (OWQ) on the 303(d) List.
