Temporarily adds a provision to update and clarify for
312 IAC 8-2-8 governing vehicles, trails, boats, and aircraft at a DNR property established by LSA Document #21-66(E).
NOTE: The original emergency document, LSA Document #21-66(E), posted at 20210217-IR-312210066ERA, effective February 15, 2021, expires February 14, 2022. Statutory authority:
IC 14-10-2-5(a)(3);
IC 14-10-2-5(a)(9). Effective February 15, 2022.
(b) Notwithstanding 312 IAC 8-2-8(d), a class 1 electric bicycle as defined in IC 9-13-2-26.6 shall be allowed to operate on a trail designated by the department as a mountain bike trail.
SECTION 2. This document expires on February 14, 2023.
