Temporarily amends
312 IAC 10-2-28 to add to the lowest floor definition to define the lowest floor for coastal high hazard areas. Effective January 13, 2022.
SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is created to address new regulations for coastal high hazard areas.
(b) The first floor of a building elevated on pilings or columns in a coastal high hazard area (as that term is defined in 44 CFR 59.1), as long as it meets the requirements of 44 CFR 60.3.
SECTION 2. This document expires on January 12, 2023.
