Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 15, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., Indianapolis (Eastern) time, via video conference accessible online, via telephone, and in person, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission (Commission) will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to amend 675 IAC 12-3-2 to expand the scope of the expedited plan review process to cover all construction projects, regardless of occupancy classification.

The proposed rule amendment will not impose any requirements or costs identified under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3). The rule simply expands the scope of the voluntary expedited plan review process to cover all construction projects for which a construction design release is required.
