Change of Previous Public Notice Regarding Amendments to the
Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver and the Family Supports Waiver


In accordance with the public notice requirements of 42 CFR 447.205, Section 1902(a)(13)(A) of the Social Security Act, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP) publishes this change of previous public notice regarding proposed amendments to the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) waiver and the Family Supports Waiver (FSW). The fiscal information in the public notice posted on the Indiana Register website on August 27, 2021, at 20210728-IR-405210302ONA, was incorrect. The following information from the public notice is also being corrected: The annual cap for SMES maintenance is remaining at $500, not increasing to $1000; the annual cap for VMODs maintenance is being set at $1000, not $500. The public notice will run October 20, 2021, through November 19, 2021.

Also, a copy of this notice is now available and may be inspected by contacting the local county Division of Family Resources office, except in Marion County, where public inspection may be made at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W374, Indianapolis, Indiana.
