TITLE 675 FIRE PREVENTION AND BUILDING SAFETY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 675 IAC 12-3-2 to expand the scope of the expedited plan review process to cover all construction projects, regardless of occupancy classification. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 22-12-6-6; IC 22-13-2-13.
